*Weekly rates are based on 7 full days stay and monthly rates are based on a full 30 days stay, including any discounted rates.
*Rates are based on 4 guests per site. Additional rate of $5 per guests for 10+ years of age per night apply.
Deposit Requirements:

• 2-7 Night Stay: One night fee
• 30+ Night Stay: Non-refundable $100
• Holiday/Special Event deposits are non-refundable
