"Nice clean, small park. The owners are nice, helpful and usually on-site. No shower house, but hookups worked flawlessly. The park looks like a labor of love that the owners are proud of. They like to visit and meet each customer. Over my vacation I've decided I'm not that fond of Texas beaches, but this place made me feel better. The beach across the street is about the best we've seen from Freeport to High island. It was not crowded on a regular Saturday, but it wasn't desolate. We found a few seashells to take home." Mark
